DineSuit Restaurant Manager is a WordPress restaurant management plugin
designed for restaurants, cafes, bars, and food businesses that want to
manage digital menus and customer reservations from their own website.

The plugin helps restaurant owners create and display food menus, accept
online table reservation requests, and manage booking information
through the WordPress dashboard.

External Services

Google Fonts and QR Server previews are disabled by default. Administrators
can enable or disable them under Color & Typography > Optional external services.

Google Fonts

When enabled, the dashboard requests the font catalog from
https://fonts.google.com/metadata/fonts (cached for one day), sharing the
server IP address with Google. Selected fonts load in the dashboard and
public menus/forms from https://fonts.googleapis.com/ and
https://fonts.gstatic.com/, sharing browser IP addresses with Google.
System fallback fonts and uploaded fonts work without this service.

QR Server

When enabled, dashboard table QR previews request images from
https://api.qrserver.com/v1/create-qr-code/. Requests contain the encoded
table link and disclose the administrator’s browser IP address.
Copy Link remains available when previews are disabled.

WhatsApp Cloud API

Administrators can configure a Meta phone number ID, access token, recipient
number and approved templates to send reservation notifications through
https://graph.facebook.com/v23.0/{phone-number-id}/messages.
Owner alerts send the owner number, booking reference, customer name,
guest count, date and time when enabled and a new reservation is saved.
Customer confirmations send the customer number, name, booking reference,
table, date, time range and guest count when enabled and an opted-in booking
changes from Pending to Confirmed. Existing bookings without recorded
opt-in are not sent automatic customer messages. Meta controls delivery.
Manual customer messaging opens https://wa.me/ with the phone number and
prefilled reservation message only when an administrator clicks the link.

Privacy

DineSuit may store information submitted through reservation forms,
including customer names, contact details, and booking information.

Website owners are responsible for managing collected customer
information according to their privacy policy and applicable
regulations.

Settings, menus and reservations remain in the WordPress database after
deactivation or deletion. Administrators can remove reservations from the
DineSuit dashboard. Configured WhatsApp credentials are stored in a
non-autoloaded WordPress option.

The administrator dashboard also caches restaurant settings, menus and
reservation records (including customer contact details) in browser
localStorage for synchronization and local recovery. This cache may persist
after logout or plugin deletion; clear this site’s browser storage to remove
it from a shared device. Browser caching does not send data to a third party.
