TarahiPlus Messenger Notifier for WooCommerce connects your store to the Iranian messengers Bale and Rubika, and to Telegram. Every new order and every status change is delivered to the admins, groups and channels you choose, and you can update the order status without opening the WordPress dashboard.

Order notifications

• Message on every new order and on every status change.
• Send to several admins, groups and channels at the same time. Each destination has its own messenger, its own status filter and, optionally, its own message template.
• The order message is kept up to date when the status changes (edited in Bale and Telegram, replaced by a fresh message in Rubika).
• Inline buttons under the message: set the order to Completed, On hold or Cancelled (and Shipped if your store has that status), and open the order in the dashboard or the customer order page.
• Only the people you list for a group or channel can change an order from the buttons.

Message templates

• About 50 ready placeholders: order, customer, address, payment, shipping, items, totals, links, custom order meta and checkout fields.
• Jalali (Persian) dates.
• Bold, italic, monospace and links are supported in all three messengers.

Newsletter and content broadcast

• Send a product, a post or free text to your newsletter destinations, with the featured image.
• “Quick send” box on the product and post edit screens and a send button in the product and post lists.
• Bulk send of several products from the Newsletter page.

Store tools

• Sales statistics page (today, this week, this month, this year, all time).
• List of abandoned orders (pending, failed and cancelled) for today, this week or this month.
• Log of every message sent, with errors.
• Chat ID command: send /id to your bot in a private chat, group or channel and the bot replies with the chat ID and your user ID.
• Connection test, test message and an optional webhook debug log.
• Compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).

Rubika notes

Rubika messages use Rubika’s own formatting format and cannot combine every feature, so a few things differ: link buttons are shown as links at the end of the message, product image captions are plain text, and the order message is replaced (not edited) when the status changes.

External services

This plugin sends data to third-party messenger services. Nothing is sent until an administrator enters a bot token and enables the messenger, and data is only sent to the chats the administrator has configured.

Bale Bot API

Used to send messages and receive button clicks and commands for Bale. Requests go to https://tapi.bale.ai/.

• Sent: the bot token (as part of the request address), the destination chat ID, and the message text, which can contain order details (order number, customer name, phone, address, items, totals) or the product / post content you broadcast.
• When: when an order is created or changes status, when you send a newsletter or test message, when you test the connection or set the webhook, and when someone sends your bot the chat ID command.

Telegram Bot API

Used to send messages and receive button clicks and commands for Telegram. Requests go to https://api.telegram.org/.

Rubika Bot API

Used to send messages, upload product images and receive button clicks and commands for Rubika. Requests go to https://botapi.rubika.ir/.

• Sent and when: the same data and situations as for Bale. For product messages with a picture, the image file is also uploaded to the upload address Rubika returns.

The messenger services also send requests to your site (the webhook address shown in the plugin settings) when someone presses a button under an order message or sends a command to your bot. Those requests are accepted only when they include the secret that the plugin generated for your site.
