Makuruwan Arithmetic Human Quiz adds a lightweight arithmetic human-verification challenge to WordPress login, standard WordPress comments, WooCommerce product reviews, and custom forms. It helps keep bots out without relying on Google reCAPTCHA or external services.
Comment and product-review protection is enforced server-side on the normal WordPress comment submission endpoint, so simply removing the visible quiz field does not bypass the check.

- Upload the plugin to
/wp-content/plugins/makuruwan-arithmetic-human-quiz/and activate it. - Go to Settings Human Quiz to configure the quiz.
- Enable or disable protection separately for login, blog/post comments, and WooCommerce product reviews.
- To protect custom forms, add the shortcode
[makarhq_human_check]inside your<form>markup.
