It is not a \"request a quote\" button for customers. Your team builds the quote right from your WooCommerce store and sends it in seconds.<\/p>\n\n<p>A floating <strong>Create quote<\/strong> button appears on the store for users who can manage WooCommerce (administrators and shop managers). Customers never see it and never load any of its files.<\/p>\n\n<h4>What you can do<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Quote from the cart or by search.<\/strong> Pull the products from the cart or search by name or SKU. Change quantities and unit prices, and apply a discount to the total as a percentage or a fixed amount. The real cart and the product prices are never touched.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Taxes from WooCommerce.<\/strong> Each line uses the product's tax class and your store's tax rates. If your shop shows prices including tax (the usual for VAT\/IVA in Latin America), the quote shows the tax those prices contain. If it shows prices excluding tax, the tax is added on top. Products with a zero rate are marked as exempt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A branded document.<\/strong> Your logo, colors, tax ID (NIT, RFC, CUIT, RUT, RUC\u2026), address and contact. The document also lists the customer, the sales advisor, the products, the totals, your terms and an optional warranty or payment block.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Export and share.<\/strong> Download a Letter-size PDF or a PNG image. On phones, the image opens the share sheet, so you can send it straight to WhatsApp. On desktop, \"Copy image\" copies the quote so you can paste it into WhatsApp Web or an email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Numbered history.<\/strong> Every quote gets a consecutive number (QT-0001, QT-0002\u2026). You can reopen, search or duplicate it from the panel or from the dashboard.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Works with any theme.<\/strong> The panel is self-contained and does not depend on your theme.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ready for Latin America.<\/strong> The labels and phone formats adapt to the store's country, and every text is translatable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>Premium<\/h4>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/quote.koalab.tech\">Koalab Quote premium<\/a> is a separate plugin, sold outside WordPress.org. It adds:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 3 brands per site (unlimited on the Agency plan), each with its own logo, colors, tax ID and numbering<\/li>\n<li>Two more templates: Modern and Minimal<\/li>\n<li>Custom templates: start from Classic, Modern or Minimal and adjust the typeface, logo size, spacing, table style, visible parts and texts, with a live preview. Up to 3 per site (unlimited on the Agency plan)<\/li>\n<li>Turning a quote into a \"Pending payment\" order, with a payment link to send by WhatsApp or email<\/li>\n<li>A private customer link where the customer sees the quote, downloads the PDF and accepts or declines it online<\/li>\n<li>Quote statuses (not sent, sent, accepted, declined, order created, expired) and expiry reminders<\/li>\n<li>Sales advisors to pick from on each quote, plus a quotes-only account for external sellers<\/li>\n<li>Reports per advisor (amount quoted, acceptance, orders and paid) and CSV export<\/li>\n<li>Agency plan: white label, unlimited brands and custom templates, and custom CSS per template<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin uses the Freemius SDK to handle licenses and updates for the premium version. Freemius collects data only after the site administrator explicitly opts in on the opt-in screen. If you opt in, Freemius receives the site URL, the WordPress, PHP and plugin versions, the admin email and the active plugins and theme. Add the template's name with the <code>klbq_templates<\/code> filter and register its layout in JavaScript as <code>KoalabQuoteDoc.templates['my-template'] = function ( vm, U ) { \u2026 }<\/code>, in a script that depends on <code>klbq-doc<\/code>, enqueued on the <code>klbq_enqueue_panel<\/code> action. With the premium version, also add its handle with the <code>klbq_doc_script_handles<\/code> filter (and your stylesheet with <code>klbq_doc_style_handles<\/code>) so the customer link draws it too.
