Converts German umlauts for permalinks, post, comments and feeds automatically into
their corresponding equivalent.

### Remove plugin

 1. Deactivate plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 2. Delete plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
