## Descripción

Web Plura Revenue Shield helps WooCommerce stores manually review revenue-loss risks
such as failed payments, pending orders, abandoned checkout signals, refund pressure,
coupon issues, payment gateway patterns, stock problems, margin signals, and recovery
opportunities.

The free WordPress.org plugin runs local revenue-risk scans inside WordPress. Store
administrators can review the evidence behind each finding, export summaries, and
organize follow-up work without sending store data to an external service for the
included local features.

Revenue Shield is a review and recovery-assistance tool. It does not automatically
contact customers, send abandoned-cart emails or SMS messages, process payments,
issue refunds, or guarantee recovered revenue.

#### Key Revenue Risk Checks

Use Revenue Shield to review supported local signals such as:

 * failed and pending-payment orders;
 * abandoned checkout signals and manual recovery candidates;
 * refund and coupon pressure;
 * payment gateway, shipping, and checkout patterns;
 * low-stock, out-of-stock, dead-stock, and inventory-value indicators;
 * margin and profit estimates when cost data is available;
 * local recovery notes, review status, and recovered-value details;
 * CSV exports, JSON support exports, and print-ready summaries.

#### Failed and Pending Payments

Failed and pending-payment orders can quietly create support work, stock confusion,
and missed follow-up. Revenue Shield reviews local WooCommerce order data so administrators
can spot failed payments, pending-payment orders, on-hold orders, gateway patterns,
and order records that may need manual review.

The plugin helps surface patterns for investigation. It does not fix payment gateways,
retry payments, capture payment, or determine the root cause of every failed transaction.

#### Abandoned Checkout Signals

Revenue Shield can capture and summarize supported WooCommerce checkout signals
after local processing consent is accepted. Where supported, checkout records use
reduced or pseudonymous identifiers such as hashes instead of exposing unnecessary
customer details in the recovery workflow.

These signals are for manual review. The free plugin does not send abandoned-cart
emails, SMS reminders, coupons, or automated recovery sequences.

#### Refund and Coupon Risks

Refunds and coupon usage can point to product, shipping, pricing, support, or checkout
problems. Revenue Shield reviews supported WooCommerce refund and coupon signals
so store operators can compare patterns before deciding what needs attention.

These checks are operational indicators. They are not accounting reports, fraud
determinations, or proof that a coupon or refund was improper.

#### Payment Gateway and Shipping Signals

Revenue Shield summarizes supported payment gateway and shipping-related signals
from local WooCommerce order data. This can help administrators see whether failed
or pending payments are concentrated around particular gateway patterns, or whether
shipping estimates may deserve review.

The plugin does not monitor every gateway in real time and does not replace payment-
provider diagnostics.

#### Margin and Profit Signals

When WooCommerce order or product cost data is available, Revenue Shield can show
margin and profit-related estimates. These estimates are intended to help store
operators notice low-margin signals and review revenue risk.

Margin and profit values depend on available cost data and should be treated as
operational indicators, not formal accounting results.

#### Inventory and Stock Risks

Revenue Shield can review supported WooCommerce inventory signals such as low stock,
out-of-stock products, stock value estimates, and dead-stock candidates.

These checks help connect inventory conditions with revenue risk. Revenue Shield
does not replace WooCommerce inventory management and does not change product stock
levels.

#### Recovery Opportunities

Revenue Shield turns selected failed, pending, stale, expired, cancelled, or checkout-
review signals into local recovery opportunities. Administrators can inspect supporting
evidence, save local notes, update review status, and record recovered-value details
where supported. Estimated opportunity value is a review aid, not confirmed recovered
cash unless an administrator records a supported recovered-value entry.

The workflow is manual. Revenue Shield does not contact customers, send recovery
messages, retry payments, or promise that flagged value can be recovered.

#### Reports and Exports

After a scan, administrators can review local reports, evidence summaries, issue/
recommendation context, and recovery candidates in wp-admin.

Supported export workflows include CSV files, JSON support exports, print-ready
summaries, and short handoff notes for store owners or support teams. Exports are
designed around summaries and review context rather than raw customer-data dumps.

#### Local Processing and Privacy

The free plugin performs included WooCommerce scans, reports, exports, notes, and
Recovery Opportunity review inside WordPress. A Web Plura account is not required
for included local features.

Revenue Shield stores plugin-owned settings, scan summaries, consent state, abandoned-
checkout records, recovery candidates, local notes, recovered-value details, and
retention state in the site’s WordPress database. The plugin includes retention
controls and WordPress privacy exporter/eraser support where plugin-owned personal
data applies.

Uninstall removes plugin-owned options, scheduled cleanup hooks, and plugin-owned
custom database tables.

#### Free Local Features and Optional Services

The WordPress.org plugin is focused on local WooCommerce review. Free local scans,
reports, exports, platform cards, recovery candidates, notes, and privacy-safe controls
remain useful without Web Plura Cloud, a subscription, a license, entitlement checks,
checkout, or hosted services.

Free local scans remain available after local processing consent.

Optional Web Plura Revenue Shield product subscription services may unlock separately
delivered paid workflows. Current product plan names can include Free, Lite, Starter,
Growth, Pro, Team, Business, Agency, and Enterprise.

Optional hosted Web Plura services may provide additional workflows such as hosted
report history, scheduled monitoring, additional commerce-source coverage, team
reporting, or cloud-backed recovery workflow support. Those services are separate
from the included local Free plugin behavior and should be checked on the official
product page for current availability.

The Free plugin does not include Easy Digital Downloads or SureCart source support.

#### Important Limitations

Revenue Shield identifies supported local risk signals and review candidates. It
cannot guarantee that every revenue issue is found, every checkout problem is diagnosed,
or any flagged value can be recovered.

The Revenue Shield score summarizes supported local indicators detected by the plugin.
It is an operational aid, not an accounting, fraud, tax, legal, or financial-health
rating.

Store owners should review WooCommerce order notes, payment-provider information,
fulfillment context, customer communication permissions, and store policy before
taking follow-up action.

### External Services

The free WordPress.org plugin does not connect to external services for its included
local WooCommerce scans, reports, exports, local notes, or Recovery Opportunity
review.

Optional hosted Web Plura Revenue Shield services are separate from the free plugin’s
local operation. If an administrator chooses to use an optional hosted service,
review the service documentation, terms, privacy policy, and consent controls before
sending store data.

payments, pending orders, abandoned checkout signals, refunds, coupons, payment
gateway patterns, shipping indicators, inventory, margin estimates, recovery candidates,

need to accept local processing consent before scans and local checkout-signal review
run.

Yes. The plugin reviews supported local WooCommerce failed-payment signals and can
help administrators find orders, gateway patterns, and recovery candidates that
may need investigation.

not a complete abandoned-cart email platform and does not automatically contact
shoppers.

### Does Revenue Shield automatically contact customers?

No. The free plugin does not send emails, SMS messages, coupons, reminders, or automated
recovery sequences.

### Does it automatically recover payments?

No. Revenue Shield does not process payments, retry payments, issue refunds, or

where present. Estimates depend on the data available on the site and should not
be treated as formal accounting results.

### Does Revenue Shield send store data to Web Plura Cloud?

The free WordPress.org plugin does not send included local scan, report, export,
note, or recovery-review data to Web Plura Cloud. Optional hosted services are separate
and require administrator choice and consent.

### Is a Web Plura Cloud account required?
