Either
1.1 Go to Plugins > Add New > Search for Spreadconnect > Install Now
or
1.2 Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Upload https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wc-spod.zip > Install Now
or
1.3 Upload https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wc-spod.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
then
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu point in WordPress
3. Go back to the menu point Spreadconnect and click on “Complete installation”
4. A new tab is opened, log in or register on Spreadconnect
5. Accept the terms and conditions for connecting to WooCommerce
6. Go back to the menu point Spreadconnect in WordPress and refresh the page
7. To define custom name for attributes “size” and “color” head over to Integration Settings on app.spod.com

Preguntas frecuentes

I get an error during installation, what do I do now?

  • “Error: An error occured in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data” : For security reasons, now you need to have a valid SSL certificate, and run the installation from a https domain.
  • “Not allowed”: Please go to WordPress Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API and delete all API keys starting with “spod – API (…)”. Then go back to Spod Plugin and click on “Complete installation”. This will retrigger the installation.
  • “Forbidden: You don’t have permission to access this ressource”: Please check security plugins and configurations and .htaccess file of your server that might still include some lines related to those plugins
  • For other issues or if the above isn’t helping, feel free to contact us with a screenshot/screencast and your domain.

Stopped working, no response from support, appears abandoned SPOD.app appears to have tech issues as well, cant add products to WOO within their app. May have to revert to Printify or other service. Shame, Spod had good pricing

WARNING – SPOD DELETED ALL MY PRODUCTS

DON’T USE IT. We had to close our webshop due to SPOD deleting all products (over 130!) without any communication. This is their answer when I contacted customer service: Hello Tom, Thank you for your email. We’re very sorry to inform you that the products were deleted by our devs due to an ugly bug they found. Unfortunately, the products had to be deleted for good to get rid of this bug. According to them, you would have to create your products again. Unable to Manage WooCommerce Integration!?

The SPOD plugin was causing errors to my site (I’m not the only one who experienced this). When an update to the plugin was released, it corrected that error issue, but it created another show stopping problem. The update took my existing WooCommerce integration which has ALL of my products and disconnected it from my store and a NEW WooCommerce integration was then connected to my store. As of this writing, this SPOD plugin has no way to functionally manage your WooCommerce integration. There is no way from within the WordPress SPOD plugin to manage keys, disconnect the integration, or anything else. There is only the button link that sends me to the SPOD website, where also, there is no way to functionally manage the WooCommerce integration. There is no way to disconnect or remove an integration without deleting your entire SPOD account!! This lack of ability is worthy of zero stars. Now, all my items are in the disconnected integration with no way to transfer them to the new connected integration, and no way to disconnect an integration from my store and reconnect to the other integration. This means I must recreate every single item from scratch. Will this happen again down the road? To top it off, SPOD has yet to respond to any of my multiple inquiries. Needless to say I am not pleased.

Pessimo plugin e pessima assistenza. ho installato il plugin e ho perso molto tempo per capire il funzionamento. Tutti i plugin di print on demand si integrano bene con woocommerce, SPOD no. Questo plugin non crea le classi di spedizione e bisogna inserirle manualmente. Roba da pazzi! Comunque, mi sono tirato su le maniche volenteroso di impostare il mio woocommerce per farlo funzionare con l’ausilio di altri plugin. Ho chiesto al supporto diverse cose, tra le quali la conferma della correttezza delle classi di spedizione che avevo impostato. Dopo tutto il lavoro che ho perso, l’assistenza mi ha risposto che devo andare a vedere le FAQ di woocommerce. Assurdo!!! Una brutta esperienza, ho disinstallato tutto immediatamente.
