Vatdi never stored them, so every sync and every category or tag edit made a request that could only fail. Your posts, pages, products and policies sync exactly as before. * Tested with WordPress 7.1. #### 1.3.2 * Order lookups are rate-limited per order (5 attempts per 5 minutes), so a leaked site key cannot walk order numbers to harvest customer emails. The Vatdi server throttles independently. * Product sync now includes each product’s real units sold, so “best sellers” in chat are ranked on actual sales and nothing is called a best seller without them. * Every upload now tells Vatdi whether it came from the hourly background sync or from saving a post or product. Vatdi uses this to stop crawling your site on its own once it sees your site pushing on schedule, and to show accurate sync activity in your dashboard. #### 1.3.1 * Settings page no longer blocks on a 10-second server call every time it opens— the connection check is cached for 5 minutes and refreshes automatically after connect/disconnect. * The Enable Chat Widget toggle and sync info stay visible whenever the plugin holds credentials — a temporary server or network hiccup can no longer hide your controls or read as “Not Connected” while the widget is running fine. * Saving a post, product, or approving a review no longer waits on the sync upload( it now runs in the background); the hourly sync reconciles anything a dropped request missed. * Hourly background sync only uploads content changed since the last successful run instead of re-uploading the entire catalog every hour. * Hardened sync batch loops against fatal errors on PHP 8 when a data source returns an unexpected value. #### 1.3.0 * Order lookup: customers can now verify with EITHER their email OR their phone( was email-only). Order number is still required as the anchor. * Phone verification is format-tolerant: country code, spaces, dashes, parens, ` +` vs `00` prefix all normalized. Matches on the last 8 digits so a customer isn’t blocked if their phone is stored with the country code but they type it without (or vice versa). * REST endpoint /wp-json/ai-chat/v1/order_status now accepts `phone` in addition to `email`.
