Unzip and upload the entire `fanbridge-signup` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress 3. Go to Settings and look for “FanBridge Signup” in the menu 4. Enter your FanBridge User ID. 5. Customize your form with additional appearance and data field options 6.
