Non Responsive Support](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/does-not-work-non-responsive-support/)󠁿 [jharbour](https://profiles.wordpress.org/jharbour/) 11 de mayo de 2023 Purchased last week, admin/set up side works fine however option never appears in the zone. Did all of the normal trouble shooting for conflicts, etc. Reached out to support which promised a 24-48 hour response. No response. Bought because of the 14 day refund policy, but there is no way to request the refund. As the adage says, cheaper things end up costing more. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/511c6159c5a34cb16c4af107f23e0e31d2f67d1c2b86b5d437cfb07ea68e3ec4? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Some problems](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/some-problems-45/)󠁿 [chiareu](https://profiles.wordpress.org/gbogdan/) 23 de octubre de 2020 Not working for Locations not covered by your other zones, display free shipping even there is no free shipping at all on all site.
