This plugin downloads the widget javascript file from Chatsimple CDN and during initialization it connects to an API to obtain configuration settings for the embedded AI widget.

Instalación

  1. Upload chatsimple plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory

  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

  3. Navigate to ‘Chatsimple’ in the WordPress admin sidebar

  4. Log in or create an account on the Chatsimple web app

  5. Copy these 3 keys from the Chatsimple dashboard ‘Add AI Nav to your website’ section:

    • platform-id
    • chatbot-id
    • user-id

  6. Paste these keys into the corresponding fields in the Chatsimple plugin settings

  7. Click ‘Save Settings’

  8. You’re all set! Your AI Nav widget is now live on your website.

I have used several AI chatbot plugins, but ChatSimple stands out as the most intuitive, effective, and user-friendly one I have used yet. Setup was INCREDIBLY easy, just a quick script copy and paste and no prior coding experience required. Unlike other bots, ChatSimple’s AI feels intuitive and adapts to conversations well, and also supports multiple languages. Customization is also another huge positive – as it’s possible to change the appearance to match brands accordingly without needing a paid premium plan. ChatSimple is just the best option for beginners and those who want an adaptable and customizable experience on WordPress. Highly recommend.
